How do I sign onto the new Online Banking System?
  • The new link to Online Banking will be https://online.myprovident.com.
  • If you have a favorite set on your browser or an icon that currently takes you to our online banking site, it will not work beginning August 15th
  • You may also click the link at the top of our website (http://www.myprovident.com) and it will lead you to the new site
How will I sign on for my First Sign On After the August 15th Conversion?
  • Your customer user ID will be the same
  • Your Temporary Password on our new Online Banking System is

    • The last 6 numbers of your Social Security Number
    • Or for a business, the last six numbers of the company Tax ID.
  • Two-factor authentication challenge questions will need to be created
  • A one-time passcode (OTP) will be sent via text or phone call to verify the customer
Are there any additional tips for Businesses?
  • Sub-Users will not be converted
    • The company admin will need to create their sub-users
    • The Sub-User Sign-on ID can be the same as in the old system providing it meets the new standards
    • Assign any access authorities you want the sub-user to have
  • The MyProvident Business Mobile app will no longer be available. Please download the MyProvident Mobile Banking app on August 15.
What's new and improved?
You can look forward to a new fresh look and some new and improved features and functionality, including:
  • Online chat, with a banking expert, for faster service and solutions
  • My Credit with CreditSavvy, a powerful tool that gives you access to your credit score, full credit report, and credit monitoring
  • External transfers, so you can easily transfer to and from your accounts at other financial institutions
  • Real-time alerts, to help you keep tabs on your account activity
  • Card controls currently available in MyProvident Mobile will be added to Online Banking
  • Improved Navigation and Functionality
  • Simplified Bill Payments with the new bill pay dashboard
What's staying the same?
You will experience no changes; to the following:
  • Bill payment service including history and payee information
  • Account and transaction history access for accounts on which you are a primary or joint owner
  • eStatement delivery
  • Zelle contact and payment activity
  • Card controls (available with MyProvident Mobile and now in Online Banking as well)
  • Business Merchant Capture
